Question 1

Are packs a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. A pack is a one-time payment with no renewal, and its credits never expire.

Question 2

How many credits does a Bulin 47 AI video use?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the quality you pick: 30 credits for 480p, 45 for 720p (the default) and 70 for Pro. The generator shows the price before you start, and your credit balance is shown in the header.

Question 3

Can I buy another pack later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A new pack adds its credits to whatever you have left, and credits never expire.

Question 4

What happens if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

Credits are only used when a result is delivered, so a failed generation costs nothing.

Question 5

Who processes the payment?

Accepted Answer

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.

Question 6

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

See our Refund Policy for when purchases can be refunded and how to ask.
